I want, want, I need, I need..... a replacement voltage converter for
haolgen lamp.

your normal 117vac input and 12vac with 100watts output.

I have found the replacement part on a website, however I have no way
of getting my hands on the part. With no reply from them on repeated
attemps to contact.

Perry, I think you are in the USA, correct?

If so, then why would you be trying to buy a transformer from China?
That particular manufacturer is only interested in selling at least
1,000 of any particular product if my experience is anything to go on.

There must be many manufacturers/suppliers for similar products where
you are, for example;
http://www.standardpro.com/product/categories/ballasttransformer.aspx
http://www.standardpro.com/Sheets/PDF/46_BAL_hal_transformer_SS_e.pdf

or
http://www.residential-landscape-lighting-design.com/store/PPF/parameters/189_99/more_info.asp

Don't expect to buy a new one for less than around US$120.
