Item currently up for sale on ebay.

2500pc reel of VNS1NV04D dual autoprotected low side drive IC's. Or,
more commonly thought of as dual protected N-channel MOSFETs. New and
still sealed in factory provided packaging. Asking over 1/2 the price
you can get these at through distrobution
